Our media will be sent to you next day. We understand deadlines can be tight at times. If you have something that is urgent, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate. 

What's your turnaround time?

When your content is ready to be delivered, you'll receive an email from "Dream Home Shots." Click the download link and you'll be taken to a page that has everything in one place for download. It's super simple to use, and you can even preview your media before you download!

How will I get my deliverables?

You have the option to pay in advance when you book online or pay after we have delivered your media to you. Your invoice will be attached to the download link you receive via your email.

How and when do I pay?

We are based out of southern Maine, and we primarily service York County, Rockingham County, Strafford County, and Cumberland County up to Yarmouth, ME. 

What area do you service?

Booking online is convenient and instant. You can still email or call/text us directly to book a shoot, however response time may be slower.

Do I have to book online?

We do NOT charge any travel fees except for any listing located outside of our service area.
